Not medical care
Reclaim is a self-guided recovery and discipline product. It is not medical care, therapy, diagnosis, crisis support, or a substitute for professional treatment. If you are in danger, experiencing a medical emergency, severe withdrawal, or thoughts of self-harm, contact your local emergency number immediately. In the US you can call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline).
Eligibility and accounts
You must be the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction to use Reclaim. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Reclaim, including uploading unlawful or infringing content, abusing other members in social or Arena features, attempting to bypass entitlements, or interfering with the security of the service. Reclaim medals are reputation rewards only; they have no cash value and may not be resold.
Subscriptions and billing
Reclaim keeps core recovery tools free, including SOS, the clean counter, a basic daily mission, and honest relapse logging. Reclaim Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel renewals in your App Store or Play Store account settings. Final pricing and billing terms are those shown on the store listing at purchase.
AI and generated content
Pro features generate Coach guidance and transformation images using third-party AI. Output is informational and motivational only, may be inaccurate, and must not be relied on as professional advice. You are responsible for content you submit and must hold rights to any photo you upload.
Account deletion
You may delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app or web dashboard. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a store subscription; manage that separately in your App Store or Play Store account.
Disclaimers and liability
Reclaim is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reclaim is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
